Hayley is an integrative counsellor and clinical supervisor who works with adults of all ages, genders and backgrounds. She has more than eight years’ experience within the mental health field, including work across the NHS, education and charities. Whether you know exactly what is troubling you or simply feel that something is not quite right, Hayley offers a warm, non-judgemental space where you can pause, make sense of your experiences and explore what is happening for you.

Hayley’s approach is warm, relational and shaped around you. As an integrative counsellor, she draws on different therapeutic approaches to help you understand your emotions, experiences and recurring patterns. Sessions move at your pace, supporting you to find greater clarity, confidence and a way forward that feels right for you.
